Gangsters is directed by Freddie Basnight, and he co-created the film along with Tiffany Luis and is co-produced by Gina Parris. De’Von Jones is a successful businessman who operates several flower shop locations and supplies cocaine to the top 1% in Los Angeles. De’Von is out on bail, awaiting trial, for two police officer shootings that he allegedly committed.
